Very Good
Traveling with a family of 5 we wanted to find two rooms, one with 3 single beds. The hotel options were limited in Ginza.
The translucent bathroom door was a problem if anyone wanted to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Turning the bathroom light just illuminated the entire room.

Nice comfortable hotel in the middle of Ginza
The hotel is in a very comfortable part of Ginza. The room was compact but had everything we needed. We love that there was a floor for hot baths. Very easy to check out. We were just having a wander and discovered a kabuki theatre nearby where we managed to catch a performance, so that was a nice bonus.

Nice hotel close to designer stores
Clean and plenty of space for luggage. Close to high end clothing stores. Gorgeous lobby.
Self check-in process was cumbersome, not as easy as going to front desk. No facial towel/washcloth. No complimentary water bottles like other 3 hotels we stayed at in Japan. Bed and pillows were not that comfortable, and shower only had handheld spray.
